#StylelistATSaks Window Revolution

From September 1 - September 19, AOL's premier style brand, Stylelist, is taking over a Saks Fifth Avenue corner window display and transforming it into the most impressive digital fashion activation, showcasing the incredible content that Stylelist.com has to offer. The windows will be interior wall–papered with iPads and 27” cinema displays. The center window will feature 64 iPads delivering dynamic visuals and imagery from Stylelist.com, Fashion’s Night Out at Saks, and Fashion Week. The side windows will hold the cinema display grids, which will feed Twitter streams of the best fashion news and photos, as well as content from Stylelist.com, showcasing the best of the best that Stylelist has to offer. An activation such as this has never been done before.

Gin Lane Media, a full service creative agency located in Downtown New York City, teamed up with AOL and Stylelist to develop the functionality and implementation behind this impressive display.

As a close friend to AOL, Gin Lane immediately understood AOL's vision, and Stylelist's brand aesthetic. The teams quickly worked together to develop a dynamic and comprehensive content strategy to not only highlight the incredible content that Stylelist has to offer, but also a way to engage consumers digitally and physically. The hashtag #StylelistATSaks will allow consumers to upload photos of their best street style to the digital window on Fashion's Night Out, the kick-off to Fashion Week, and throughout Fashion Week 2011.
